At our workshop, we have pressure testing equipment capable of testing the integrity of isolation valves and the setting of safety valves up to 350 Bar hydrostatically and 45 Bar using Nitrogen, also offering the ‘bubble test’ using Nitrogen. This work is either carried out on-site or in our workshop based in Sittingbourne, Kent.
In addition to our valve service we also service, inspect, upgrade and repair most types of pumps, motors, gearboxes and fan units.
We can design, manufacture and install walkways, staircase and access platforms
We can repair and install copper and steel pipework which is welded and screwed.
We can supply spares and new valves and pumps.
We can supply and install thermal insulation.
We can design and install scaffolding towers.
All equipment is fully dismantled in our workshop, cleaned, castings shot blasted where applicable and inspected.
All repaired equipment is pressure tested and test run where applicable.
Items are painted and returned to site together with all necessary documents such as test certificates or running reports for either our engineers to reinstall or onsite staff to reinstall.

What We Do
Valve Repairs
We have a state-of-the-art pressure testing rig capable of pressure testing/setting of most types of valves, up to 350 Bar with water, and Nitrogen testing up to 40 Bar for your safety valves.
Pump Repairs
One-off repairs or all the way through to a complete planned plant shutdown and a pump replacement service, and we can reverse engineer and re-manufacture most obsolete parts.
Gland Packing
The ideal applications include pumps, pulpers, agitators, mixers and any application where radial shaft movement may be present as well as having abrasive products on site.
Mechanical Seals
We proudly supply these highly effective devices that help join systems or mechanisms together by preventing leakage.
Engine Repair
